This policy explains what AdvertiserLeads collects about you, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we collect what we need to run the service, and we don't sell your data.

What we collect

• Your email address, to send sign-in links, the alerts you set up, and important account messages.
• Account details: your plan, the niches you pick, your answers to the welcome questions, saved alerts, and team members you invite.
• Usage: the brands you look up, reveal and export, so we can apply your plan's limits.
• Billing: payments are handled by Stripe. We keep your Stripe customer ID and subscription status; we never see or store your card number.
• Analytics: pages viewed and buttons clicked, through PostHog. When you're signed in, these are linked to your account.
• A session cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. We don't use advertising cookies.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that run parts of the service for us: Cloudflare (hosting, database and email delivery), Stripe (payments) and PostHog (analytics). We don't sell or rent your personal data, and we don't share it for advertising.

Brand data

The brands in our database are businesses, and what we show about them comes from public sources: the Meta Ad Library and their own public websites. If you run a brand and want its page removed, email hello@advertiserleads.com from your company's domain.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we'll delete your personal data, except billing records we're required to keep by law.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from alert emails with the link in any alert, or pause them in the app.
• Email hello@advertiserleads.com to get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account.
• Browser privacy settings and ad blockers can stop our analytics; the service still works.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email account holders before it takes effect.
